All pricing is based on a standard sedan/hatch in reasonable condition. Additional charges may apply for larger vehicles (SUVs, utes, vans) or vehicles requiring extra attention due to heavy soiling, pet hair, odour, or excessive staining.2.
Pre-existing damage including scratches, paint chips, stains, odours, and worn surfaces cannot be fully remedied through standard detailing. While we will work to improve the overall presentation of the vehicle, results may vary depending on the age, condition and history of the vehicle.3.
Fabric extraction and deep shampoo treatments are included where required. However, heavily embedded stains or odours caused by pets, smoke, mould or biological matter may require additional treatment at an extra cost, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.4.
Leather conditioning is included as part of this service. Cracked, severely dried or damaged leather may show limited improvement. We do not repair tears, burns or structural damage to upholstery.5.
Pixel Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical, electrical or cosmetic issues with the vehicle. Any concerns regarding the vehicle's condition should be disclosed prior to the appointment.6.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.7.
The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that a suitable location is available for the service to be carried out safely. A power and water source may be required depending on the services being performed.8.
Pixel Detailing reserves the right to decline or cease a service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
